We are thrilled to announce the launch of a revolutionary new concept store in Melbourne Central, marking a significant milestone for our Australian operations. Building on the success of similar stores in New York and Paris, we are seeking highly motivated and innovative professionals to join our team.
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will take on a leadership role, driving sales growth and maximizing profit goals for a specific store. Your performance will be measured by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
- Acting as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership to drive business results
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and sharing expertise with colleagues to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced sales environment with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build strong relationships
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
- Resourcefulness and versatility in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a dynamic retail environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and profitability
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
