About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to drive performance and growth in the health insurance sector. In this vital role, you will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and manage the day-to-day functions of a high-performance contact centre, ensuring our sales team has the tools and support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of a high-performance contact centre, ensuring optimal team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Streamline sales processes and develop insightful sales reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that drive performance improvements.
  • Manage workforce planning and scheduling to align resources with business needs and targets.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, focusing on onboarding, employee engagement, and reward & recognition to foster a motivated team.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and pipeline management to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Enhance CRM usage to maximise sales effectiveness and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to design and implement comprehensive training programmes that elevate team capabilities.
  • Work closely with Finance and Customer Service to ensure operational alignment and enhance customer experiences.
