Sales Support Role Overview

The Sales Support Lead will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our National Residential and Commercial Sales teams.

This exciting opportunity requires a leader who can drive sales support excellence, empower their team, and remove roadblocks to deliver outstanding results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team to achieve sales support goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales support processes and improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Actively manage operational risk and ensure effective control measures are in place.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reduce customer and employee pain points.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales support and/or operational environments with a strong track record of success.
  • Leadership skills to capture the hearts and minds of your team, inspire performance, and drive growth.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to deliver a better customer and employee experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimise operations and improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
