About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy & Operations Lead to direct commercial investments and manage functions essential to sales planning within our Mobile Experience (MX) business unit. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of sales strategy/operations experience with a proven track record in delivering sales and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities
  • Direct strategic promotional planning and project management to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Manage supply chain planning and foster close working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop an operating rhythm that supports a high-performing sales account team.
  • Envision, plan, and execute strategies for growing all aspects of Samsung's business with our Account Partner.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels with our Account Partner to foster innovation and achievement of set joint objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for growth and innovation.
