About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Construction Project Lead to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a challenging 14-townhouse development project near Ballina, focusing on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the construction process to ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
- Liaison and Compliance: Liaise with regulatory bodies, ensuring necessary inspections are completed, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards, conduct inspections, and oversee testing processes.
- Issue Resolution: Address and rectify any quality issues promptly, ensuring a smooth project progression.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in site management within residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and site safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a trade-related background are preferred.
What We Offer
This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
