The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential sales, with experience working in a face-to-face sales environment and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display centre
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the display home, providing advice on house design selection, upgrades and options
  • Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget
  • Ensuring all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
