Contract Management Opportunity

This role offers the chance to shape supplier partnerships and drive real commercial results.

As a Contract Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of supplier contracts from negotiation and execution to performance and renewal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development, negotiation, and management of supplier contracts in line with procurement strategies.
  • Drafting and executing contractual documents including variations, MOUs, LOIs, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Negotiating favourable terms, pricing, and service levels in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Managing contract renewals, extensions, and terminations strategically and on time.
  • Identifying and mitigating contractual risks, resolving disputes, and managing price adjustments.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A degree in Law, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in contract management within procurement or commercial environments.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts from initiation through to renewal or close-out.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
