Channel Partnership Developer
About the Role- We're seeking a skilled professional to build and manage commercial partnerships that drive quality referral leads, strengthen brand presence, and fuel growth through trusted B2B relationships.
- The ideal candidate will develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and partner engagement.
- This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing national referral partnerships with associations, brokers, consultants, franchisors, and other aligned organisations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop value propositions and co-branded initiatives that engage partners and generate quality leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver campaigns, events, and content that amplify impact.
- Build strong pipelines, track performance metrics, and continuously optimise outcomes.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, channel management, or business development.
- Strong commercial acumen — able to craft and articulate mutual value.
- Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, with a natural ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Results orientation — proactive, accountable, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
This is a strategic role with national reach, requiring some travel. You'll join a collaborative national sales and marketing team that values initiative, creativity, and impact.
