Business Partnership Growth Manager
About the Role:We're seeking a Business Partnership Growth Manager to drive commercial partnership growth for our well-positioned brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with leading Australian businesses in the wellness, food, and home categories to drive business growth.
- Plan, pitch, sell, coordinate, and monitor branded content campaigns for key commercial partners.
- Brief content producers (written, video, social, graphic design) and collaborate with social and marketing leads to optimise campaigns.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely, on-brief, and budget-compliant content delivery.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, providing commentary on company-supplied performance data, insights, and recommendations.
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ideas person with experience coming up with creative concepts.
- Enjoy the satisfaction of sales, with strong persuasive delivery and customer care skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications or another relevant field.
- Exceptional organisational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
- Confident communication skills with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Goal-oriented and solution-focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment whilst achieving results working independently.
