**What you’ll be doing**:
The role of the Marketing Specialist, Commercial Partnerships is to plan, deliver and drive marketing outcomes for a portfolio of commercial partners across the business. The role has a heavy focus on Airline customer segments across the SME market (Small and Medium Enterprises).
Responsibilities include:
- Developing strategies to deliver favourable business outcomes, based on segments of high opportunity, including planning, execution, testing and reporting.
- This role will own marketing initiatives that target a portfolio of SME (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) partners, and develop marketing plans specific to the portfolio, focused on achieving business objectives, striving for continuous improvement, and maintaining strong partnership relationships, with the goal of being considered a partner of choice.
- This role will play a hands-on role with acquiring and growing share of B2B SME clients, but will also be required to lead multiple stakeholders groups, ensuring the co-ordination and delivery of all aspects of the plan.
- The role will manage partner strategy execution, which may include;
- Conduct research to understand SME goals and how to drive engagement
- Analyse segments of opportunity per audience and develop plans to meet goas per audience (Acquire, Grow, Retain, Engage)
- Development of partner-by-partner marketing plan, block plan and performance measurement framework, to review performance, optimising spend to ensure clear ROI
- Development of collateral, content, resources, digital and engagement assets
- Development, management and reporting of offers/incentives to drive business outcomes
- Be the key relationship owner of strong working relationships with partners, including industry partners, strategic suppliers/partners and other key relationship assigned to you for management.
- Manage the development and implementation of large scale, multi-faceted integrated communications plans
- Complete timing and budget management
**Who we’re looking for**:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Communications/ Commerce, or related discipline
- Ideally, you will have at least 8 years' experience in fast-paced marketing environments, including a large organisation
- Proven experience within a commercially focused environment
- Overall budget preparation, implementation and monitoring experience
- B2B Campaign management experience through a variety of channels and mediums is highly desirable
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder engagement at a senior level
