About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations and Billing Manager to join our team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our Revenue Operations and Billing team, you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue assurance culture and ensuring financial integrity.

As the Revenue Operations and Billing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to uplift our revenue operations and refine billing solutions for optimal accuracy, efficiency, and service quality. You will work closely with the Head of Revenue Management and cross-functional partners to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead a high-performing team by setting and implementing strategies aligned with Team Global Express's revenue management objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee billing accuracy, ensure timely processing, and prevent revenue leakage through targeted initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to identify and resolve billing discrepancies, streamline manual and automated processes, and implement best practices to maintain accuracy in consignment billing and revenue reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Team Global Express to ensure that revenue processes support a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
  • People Development: Cultivate a collaborative, value-focused, and customer-focused team environment, offering guidance, training, and growth opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership and Industry Knowledge: Proven experience managing revenue operations or billing teams within large, diverse organizations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with end-to-end value chain design, integrated finance systems, and performance metrics to drive data-backed process improvements.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and execute process improvements.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Strong communication skills to convey complex insights clearly and foster strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experienced in managing change within a functionally structured organization to drive business transformation and encourage new perspectives.
