Job Title: National Team Lead, Settlements and Billing

Sterling performance and commitment to excellence are at the forefront of our team’s success. We seek a highly skilled and experienced National Team Lead to spearhead our Settlements and Billing department.

As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business outcomes, fostering a high-performing team culture, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of experienced Settlement Coordinators, promoting excellence in client service and team collaboration.
  • Business Outcome Focus: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals, prioritizing timely and accurate settlement of client claims.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes to minimize settlement timeframe, ensuring alignment with business Service Level Agreements.
  • Financial Management: Accurately forecast and manage monthly cash flow, identifying opportunities to mitigate financial risk.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, statutory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure best possible outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Contribute to the enhancement of processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with governance and control measures.
