About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Strategist to join our Global Sales Operations team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efficiency and growth across the region.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team and cross-functional partners to design, develop, and implement systems and tools that drive business outcomes. You will analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining forecasting models and reports to drive business decisions
  • Collaborating with leadership and other Sales Operations Managers to support business unit cadences, performance management, and goal setting
  • Designing and developing analytics solutions to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of existing and emerging 3rd party data sources as needed for Analytics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent

Average Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year. This figure is based on industry standards and may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
