About the Role

TP Human Capital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Scheduler to facilitate the production and artwork of advertising materials. This role is critical in connecting the sales team, clients, and suppliers, ensuring that all production processes run smoothly, and deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate with Clients: Ensure timely artwork submission from clients.
  • Work with Suppliers: Guarantee advertising production and delivery on schedule.
  • Prepare Quotes: Develop and provide accurate quotes to clients.
  • Review and Update Procedures: Continuously review and update existing procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Meet Deadlines: Complete all tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Support Teams: Collaborate with Sales and Administration Teams as needed.
  • Distribute Artwork Specifications and Deadlines: Ensure clients and collaborators have necessary information.
  • Monitor Production Timelines: Liaise with suppliers to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Create Purchase Orders: Prepare and manage related documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role.
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Assertive with negotiation skills.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
