The Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Deployment Officer to join our Townsville-based team. Reporting to the Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to technical staff, management teams, and VAE external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the business as required
  • Undertake specific administrative tasks in liaison with the Service Manager
  • Manage technician schedules, site access bookings, and coordinate Pronto timesheets
  • Generate service jobs, purchase orders, and assist with deployment functions

Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [AUD $60,000 - $70,000] per annum
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills, as well as financial competency
  • Competent project management skills and ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
