The Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Deployment Officer to join our Townsville-based team. Reporting to the Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to technical staff, management teams, and VAE external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the business as required
- Undertake specific administrative tasks in liaison with the Service Manager
- Manage technician schedules, site access bookings, and coordinate Pronto timesheets
- Generate service jobs, purchase orders, and assist with deployment functions
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of [AUD $60,000 - $70,000] per annum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good negotiation and influencing skills, as well as financial competency
- Competent project management skills and ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
