Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Townsville City Council. The successful candidate will provide direct administrative support to the section and possess subject matter expertise in an administrative discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical guidance and support to administration officers
* Develop the skills and knowledge of others within a team environment
* Supervise, coach, mentor, and train the administration team
Requirements:
* Minimum of five years in an administration role
* Supervisory experience leading an administration team
* Excellent customer service skills
* Qualifications commensurate with Certificate IV in Business or similar competency
* Current 'C' class drivers' licence
