About the Role

As a Service Deployment Officer with VAE Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients. Based in Townsville, this position reports directly to the Customer Account Manager and involves providing administrative support to technical staff, management teams, and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the business as required
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager on specific administrative tasks
  • Manage technician schedules and site access bookings
  • Coordinate Pronto timesheets for service technicians, tracking productive, non-productive, and project hours
  • Generate Service Jobs (Reactive & PM), Purchase Orders
  • Assist with Deployment functions and overflow calls when needed
  • Foster strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders
Requirements and Attributes
