Sales and Service Representative

Middy's is a leading electrical wholesaler with a national network of over 100 branches. We have been in business for over 90 years, providing career opportunities in diverse employment areas throughout Australia.
The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team in the Swan Hill Branch as a Sales and Service Representative. The successful candidate will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
- Assist customers with counter sales, including developing relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a professional store presentation, adhering to company standards.
- Assist with receipt and dispatch of products, pick, pack, and deliver orders to customers.
- Manage stock levels and perform tasks related to stock management.
- Raise quotations and follow up on customer leads.
- Competent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to maintain a professional personal presentation at all times.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Uniforms supplied by the company.
