About the role:
As an Elders Rural Products Sales Representative, your expertise in product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients. You will identify new opportunities for them to explore, supported by the Elders network.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, recommending our range of products and services
- Proactively sourcing new business to achieve KPIs and targets
- Supporting inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch
- Processing sales and performing sales quotes
Requirements:
- A comfort level with collaborative work environments
- Passion for effecting real change for clients and the community
- Technical seasonal and rural products knowledge
- A proven track record in sales, including retail skills
- An ability to provide high-level customer service and cultivate relationships
- A driver's license; a forklift license is preferred but can be obtained with our support
