About the Role

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure a constant flow of new business opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business leads to increase the company's pipeline
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee the management of new business leads and ensure accurate documentation
Requirements
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or a related field, such as leasing or property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for real estate and business growth
