Business Growth Manager

At Crane Worldwide Logistics, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and provide exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, provide commercial and operational support to management, and lead by example to motivate and inspire the sales team.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, coordinate the implementation of new client accounts, and evaluate information on quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to present to key accounts.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar position is desired.
