Are you a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Chief Administrative Officer, reporting directly to our CEO and providing comprehensive support to our Executive Team and Senior Management Team.

This is a full-time role based at our head office in Coopers Plains, QLD, with a hybrid work arrangement on offer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling and diary management, communication and administration, presentation preparation, relationship management, and travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Diary Management: Coordinate and protect the CEO's schedule, ensuring key stakeholders and materials are available.
  • Communication & Administration: Take minutes, distribute minutes and actions, and follow up on completion.
  • Presentation Preparation: Develop compelling presentations for internal and external audiences, prepare materials for meetings and appointments.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with management, build relationships, and strategy alignment.
  • Support: Provide support for IT, office administration, filing, maintenance of supplies and facilities, and HR activities.
  • Travel & Events: Coordinate travel, accommodation, and bookings, maximizing availability and costs.
