About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Officer to join our team at Clive Burdeu Aged Care Service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Job Description
You will support our team with a range of administrative tasks, including managing reception, handling enquiries, maintaining records, and managing staff rosters and training records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Reception
- Handle enquiries
- Maintain accurate records
- Support staff rostering and training
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent
- Computer literacy - competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software
- Experience in staff rostering requirements and rostering software is highly regarded
- Customer focus - friendly and approachable with strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Adaptability - flexible in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting

Estimated Salary Range: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
