About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Officer to join our team at Clive Burdeu Aged Care Service. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Reception and handle enquiries
  • Maintaining records, managing staff rosters and training records
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Computer Literacy – competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software
  • Experience in staff rostering requirements and rostering software is highly regarded
  • Customer Focus – friendly and approachable with strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Adaptability – flexible in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
