About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial and performance targets are met, while fostering stakeholder relationships and driving programme outcomes with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage, and execute the programme to achieve successful delivery of individual projects.
  • Provide analytics on project status and foster effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Apply extensive project management experience to mentor and coach.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
