About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving change management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Change Management Plans to ensure successful implementation of organizational changes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including the Patient Administration System (PAS) Project and electronic Patient Record team, to identify and address key challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovative thinking and best practices.
  • Demonstrate strong analysis skills, computer competency, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change efforts, leveraging your experience in digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in change management, with experience in large-scale transformations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
