We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team.
The salary for this role is approximately $45.00 per hour, plus superannuation.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide project-based assistance and support to relevant project teams, ensuring client requirements are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Minutes taking and distribution
- Ordering PPE and issuing purchase orders
- Getting quotes, making payments, and processing credit card claims
- Coordinating travel requests
- Data entry and maintaining databases
- Booking meeting rooms and venues, organizing catering services
- Undertaking project tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Able to handle administrative tasks with high accuracy and precision
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of deadlines, documentation, and schedules
- Able to coordinate with different teams to resolve problems efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick to learn new tools and systems and adapt to different project requirements
