The salary for this role is approximately $45.00 per hour, plus superannuation.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide project-based assistance and support to relevant project teams, ensuring client requirements are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Minutes taking and distribution
  • Ordering PPE and issuing purchase orders
  • Getting quotes, making payments, and processing credit card claims
  • Coordinating travel requests
  • Data entry and maintaining databases
  • Booking meeting rooms and venues, organizing catering services
  • Undertaking project tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to handle administrative tasks with high accuracy and precision
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of deadlines, documentation, and schedules
  • Able to coordinate with different teams to resolve problems efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick to learn new tools and systems and adapt to different project requirements
