About the Role

As Education Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a national team in delivering high-quality professional experience placements for Education students. This role involves overseeing placement logistics, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance matters.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education or Business Administration, with at least 4 years of subsequent relevant experience. They will also possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate student professional experience placements across multiple campuses.
  • Develop and implement policies, strategies, and initiatives to enhance placement activities and align them with organisational goals.
  • Lead and deliver comprehensive administrative support for Professional Experience placement activities.
  • Manage placement logistics, including matching students with suitable opportunities and resolving placement issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
