About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Professional to join our team at JT Career Consultancy Services. As a Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding, you will be responsible for selling our company's Freight Forwarding, Air, Ocean, Customs Brokerage & 3PL services in the VIC, SA marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the VIC, SA marketplace, focusing on new business additions, new lanes from existing customers, and 3PL services.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Meet or exceed the following KPIs: New business added (Export) 40%, New Lanes from existing customers 50%, 3PL 10%.
  • Client Management: Maintain close contact with current key customers to achieve business growth goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular and timely updates on activities to management, report sales outcomes, and document customer calls in the Excel Spreadsheet provided.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in the Freight forwarding industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent customer service ethic, ability to work effectively within a team environment, and a positive attitude.
  • Education: Not specified.
