Key Role Summary

This position involves managing debtor accounts for schools and supporting the collection of school fees in line with relevant policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for fee queries and debt collection processes.
  • Liaise with parents/carers to arrange, monitor, and enforce payment plans.
  • Elevate complex fee issues to the Fees Liaison Officer when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate debtor records and reports using internal systems.
  • Prepare and send correspondence related to fee collection.
  • Support the Finance team with general tasks and undertake travel when required.
  • Promote and embody the values of Catholic Education.

Required skills and qualifications include demonstrated experience in financial administration, debt collection, or similar roles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, competence in financial software systems, and previous experience working in a school or education setting.
