Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated School Fees Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position in the Finance & Facilities department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing school debtor accounts and supporting the collection of school fees in alignment with our policies.

  • Manage school fee queries and debt collection processes.
  • Liaise with parents/carers to arrange, monitor, and enforce payment plans.
  • Escalate complex fee issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate debtor records and reports using our internal procurement system.
  • Prepare and send correspondence related to fee collection.
  • Support the Finance team with general tasks and undertake travel when required.
  • Promote and model our Vision, Mission, and values.
