Key responsibilities include:

  • Describing insurable risk to clients, designing appropriate insurance solutions and negotiating the best deal
  • Maintaining relationships with underwriting partners
  • Managing your own sales plan and debtors
  • Providing mentoring and coaching to junior employees
  • Driving new business development
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the company

We are seeking a min of 5 years' experience managing corporate clients, ideally with exposure to mid to large accounts, plus:

  • Sales oriented with the ability to build a long term pipeline
  • Strong account management experience and technical ability gained within general commercial insurance
  • A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition
  • Providing informed risk advice and bespoke insurance solutions
  • Managing renewal programs from end to end
