Executive Sales Team Leader

A leader in the Australian fashion industry, APG & Co. designs and manages Sportscraft, SABA, and JAG. We have curated, grown, and evolved these brands to be at the forefront of Australian fashion.
We are looking for an Executive Sales Team Leader to join our team at David Jones Bourke St Store.
Job Description:This role is responsible for driving store performance through key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control while delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales across all brands and concession pads
- Lead the team to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Ensure concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor top sellers and manage stock levels
- Implement new business initiatives efficiently
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with David Jones store and floor management teams
- At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment
- Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment
- Results-driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritize tasks and expectations
- An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
