Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our advisory practice, you will play a vital role in shaping and accelerating our sales growth within our teams. About the Role

  • Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and identify new business opportunities.
  • Bid Management: Oversee the bid process from qualification to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely submission of high-quality bids.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our sales, growth engagement teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop bid strategies, and ensure effective communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the bid process to ensure commercial acumen and decision-making.
  • Proposal Development: Oversee the development of compelling proposals, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Commercial Preparation: Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids, ensuring all services are included in final pricing and well-integrated.
  • Transition Support: Provide support to delivery teams during transition periods of new contracts.
  • Post-Bid Reviews: Conduct post-bid reviews with customers after contract awards, gathering feedback on lost bids to improve future opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Engineering or Commercial Background: Proven experience in negotiation, building client relationships, and contract management.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in project management, analytics, and problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communicator, especially in articulating program plans, proposals, and results.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrates commercial acumen in decision-making, aligning priorities with business objectives.
