This is a long-term contract opportunity that will involve multiple projects, with a hybrid work model. As an Enterprise Change Communications Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering stakeholder engagement and communication plans as part of holistic change management for prioritised initiatives on the enterprise roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate success in developing and delivering change communication and engagement plans/activities in complex organisational environments.
  • Apply strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with experience supporting large-scale transformations or business initiatives highly desirable.
  • Craft clear, compelling communications tailored to various audiences, including senior executives, employees, and external partners, using exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in change communications and engagement.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including opportunities for growth and professional development.
