Business Development Strategist

About the Role:
As a Business Development Strategist, you will be instrumental in executing our growth strategy and driving new business across multiple industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through client meetings and relationships
- Develop customized BPO and customer service solutions for clients
About You:
You are a results-driven sales professional with a successful track record in BPO or outsourced customer service. You have strong skills in solution selling and a strategic approach to growth. You are motivated and eager to exceed goals and earn substantial bonuses.
- Experience working for a BPO either internationally or in Australia is preferred
- Enterprise-Level Perspective: A visionary approach with a big-picture view to drive growth over the next 6-12 months
- Location: Melbourne as a preference, but candidates from Brisbane and Sydney will also be considered
