Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to resolve their technical and operational queries.
- Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring you can provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into your support strategies to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
- Proven technical support experience in a SaaS environment, preferably within the beauty and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Experience with support software such as Zendesk and productivity tools like Slack.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to customer service, with a strong focus on delivering solutions and value.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards rostered work hours and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
