Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to resolve their technical and operational queries.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring you can provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into your support strategies to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • Proven technical support experience in a SaaS environment, preferably within the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Experience with support software such as Zendesk and productivity tools like Slack.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to customer service, with a strong focus on delivering solutions and value.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards rostered work hours and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
