Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

Secure Parking Pty Ltd is one of the largest commercial car park operators in Australia, with over 450 car parks across the country and New Zealand.
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Area Manager to play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth through strategic yield management, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
The successful candidate will oversee client relationships and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives including revenue growth and improvements to operating profit. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand market share and revenue
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Overseeing car park setup and ensuring operational compliance
- Managing budgets and analyzing financial performance
A minimum requirement for this role includes previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles, preferably in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a proven background in commercial management, business development, or related fields.
