Dedalus is a leading healthcare technology company that helps caregivers and health professionals deliver better care to their served communities. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our ANZ Sales Team in Queensland.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across Queensland. You will work closely with our internal teams to align our capabilities with customer needs and preferences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion across Queensland.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Lead the execution of territory business plans and initiatives to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum
  • Experience working with a healthcare vendor or healthcare employer
  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience in complex sales environments
  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare sector, including the Queensland Health system
  • Strong understanding of software sales and the role software plays in clinical and administrative workflows
  • Extensive connections within the Queensland Health system
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable.
