Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve ambitious growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, a track record of achieving targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring our customers receive the best solutions and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term connections with prospects and clients, helping to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales activity records and customer interactions in our internal systems.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience and a track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability in prospecting, cold calling, and new business development.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
