Sales and Account Management Responsibilities

  1. Drive Sales: Conduct outbound calls to sell Equifax products and services, consistently exceeding monthly revenue targets.
  2. Manage Client Portfolio: Proactively manage a portfolio of SME clients, implementing a segmented call plan to maximize engagement and sales.
  3. Identify Opportunities: Monitor customer activity, perform analysis, and conduct account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Maintain Data & Forecast: Accurately document sales activity in Salesforce and provide reliable monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  5. Build Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.
  6. Learn Our Products: Develop and consistently maintain an extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by Equifax.
