Senior Business Partner
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic workforce plans, navigate complex employment matters, and drive positive change within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters, interpreting industrial instruments, and managing employee issues such as performance management, medical incapacity, redeployment, grievances, complaints, organizational change, and disciplinary processes.
You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write clear, thoughtful correspondence and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and manage employee issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic workforce plans
