About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact and contribute to the organisation's success.

This is a unique chance to provide strategic guidance to leaders and teams, shape the employee experience, and drive talent and capability initiatives.

You will be based in Adelaide and will work closely with the People, Capability, and Culture group to drive initiatives that build resilience within teams.

In this role, you will have the chance to:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, guiding them through complex people matters while championing organisational values.
  • Develop and implement workforce strategies to enhance talent, performance, and capability across all organisational levels.
  • Facilitate workshops to enhance organisational culture and coach managers through sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements across the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Do:

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing strategic guidance to business leaders on complex people matters

  4. Ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
