People & Culture Partner Opportunity

Drive meaningful change across a dynamic business as a strategic partner to senior leaders. This is an ASAP start contract role that offers a unique chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive people initiatives and deliver tailored HR solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead and support change management, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Coach and support leaders on performance, engagement, and development to achieve high-performance culture goals.
What You'll Do

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate with specialists in People & Culture, Finance, Communications, and IT to deliver end-to-end HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and industrial relations frameworks.
  • Contribute to national and global People & Culture programs and projects.
  • Provide advice on complex employee relations matters.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as a senior HR Advisor or People & Culture Business Partner.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, complex environments (defence or similar ideal).
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Resilience, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
