  • Collaborate with leaders to align hiring plans with strategic goals, optimise recruitment processes, and develop internal mobility programmes.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, systems, policies, and tools to deliver seamless candidate experiences while driving process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor talent market trends to generate actionable insights for proactive workforce planning and identification of high-potential candidates.
  • Champion the employer brand by leading initiatives that enhance its reputation as an employer of choice within the organisation.
  • Utilise data analytics to inform recruitment strategies, measure key performance indicators, and report on recruitment effectiveness across the business.
  • Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders to expand access to diverse talent pools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by offering tailored recommendations on talent attraction solutions that align with broader organisational goals.

This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, including workforce planning and retention strategies, complemented by a proven ability to partner effectively with executives and senior leaders.
