We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People & Culture team as a Business Partner.
- Coaching leaders to enhance employee experience, retention, and workforce capability through strategic planning.
- Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters to support business growth.
- Partnering with stakeholders to develop strategies that uplift capability and foster growth.
- Leading and supporting change initiatives that improve culture and operational effectiveness.
- Championing engagement, inclusion, and retention through evidence-based people practices.
- Experience in generalist or business partnering HR role, ideally in health or care settings.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and employment law.
- The ability to coach, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, resilient mindset and a commitment to values-based leadership.
