As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of claims and work proactively to resolve them within the earliest possible timeframes, achieving optimal outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional customer service and provide support and understanding for customers in their most challenging times.
- Manage a portfolio of claims and develop strategies to reduce the average duration and cost.
- Negotiate with claimants and solicitors, communicate complex information, and utilize evidence available to assess quantum and estimates.
- Work collaboratively with internal business areas to discuss and action plan file direction.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy for customers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, communicate complex information, and negotiate with various stakeholders.
- Strong administrative and written skills to effectively manage all aspects of each claim.
- Strong commitment and integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations.

- A competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
