Dispute Resolution Specialist

The role of Dispute Resolution Officer plays a crucial part in this mission, proactively assisting in the management and resolution of disputes to achieve positive outcomes.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Adelaide, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life every day, feeling great satisfaction in knowing their talent and hard work has a purpose.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively managing the end-to-end workers compensation dispute process to reach a positive outcome
- Attending relevant tribunals and participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours
- Ensuring effective management of key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused or legal services background
- Demonstrated knowledge of dispute resolution processes, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills to meet the needs of all stakeholders
