Customer Care Resolution Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Customer Resolution Team as a Customer Care Resolution Specialist.
About the role
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints from internal and external authorities, providing prompt, professional, and caring service through all company platforms.
- You'll work closely with customers to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality service and support throughout the process.
- A strong problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand and articulate complex issues are essential for success in this role.
Your skills and qualifications
- Prior experience in customer complaint resolution or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
- A degree in a relevant field such as business, communications, or social sciences would be advantageous.

- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
