About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Resolution Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing customer complaints from various channels.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with customers to find suitable solutions to their issues
- Apply company rules and policies to ensure fair outcomes for customers
- Develop strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
Your Skills
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to understand and articulate complex issues
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a complaint management or customer service environment
